This Privacy Policy explains how LVCHA VPN ("the Service," "we," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you access the mobile application and related services. We handle data in accordance with this policy and applicable law, and we aim to protect your privacy within a reasonable and transparent framework.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may automatically collect technical information required to operate the service, including but not limited to IP address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection duration, and approximate region. This information is primarily used to: 1. recommend a more suitable route based on LVCHA VPN node distribution; 2. evaluate network quality and improve service stability using aggregated or processed data; 3. send important notices related to security, account status, or service availability.

Except where required by law or necessary to support operations such as crash analysis and product improvement, we do not casually share your personal information with third parties. The service may rely on tools such as Google Play Services or Firebase for limited operational purposes, and only the minimum necessary anonymous or processed information is transmitted for those uses. If you want to stop new data generation from the App, you may remove it through your device's standard uninstall process.

We retain necessary data during the active service period and for any lawful or reasonable follow-up period required to operate, secure, or audit the service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and if such collection is identified, we will review and delete it as soon as practical.
