When you download and launch the app, the system may automatically collect operational data such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, and session duration. To improve connection quality, we may also collect approximate geographic information from your device. These data may be used for: 1. Geolocation services, so LVCHA VPN can recommend a more suitable route based on node distribution; 2. Performance optimization, by analyzing anonymized aggregate trends across regions; 3. Service communication, including security notices, important updates, or limited-time promotions sent through your registered email or username. Any handling of sensitive information remains subject to this policy.

We only share aggregated and anonymized data with necessary third-party partners such as Google Play Services or Firebase for crash analysis, maintenance, and product improvement. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except when: 1. required by legal process or regulatory obligation; 2. necessary to protect user life, property, or investigate fraud; 3. working with trusted service providers bound by strict confidentiality obligations. If you want data collection to stop, you may uninstall the app through the standard removal process on your device. No new app data will be collected after uninstallation.

User-submitted information may be retained during the service term and a reasonable grace period afterward. The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly request information from that group. If such data is collected by mistake, we will begin permanent deletion procedures promptly.
