Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and LVCHA VPN (the "Service Provider") governing your download, installation, access to, and use of the App and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Without authorization, no person may copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, resell, or create derivative works based on the App. All intellectual property rights in the App and related materials belong to the Service Provider. We may adjust features, versions, service capacity, or pricing when reasonably necessary, and we will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for maintaining device security, account credentials, and related permissions.

The service may integrate necessary third-party tools or services, including analytics, crash reporting, payment, or distribution partners. When you use those related functions, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy rules of those third parties.

Normal use of the App depends on an available network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service performance is affected by user-side issues such as unpaid carrier bills, data limits, poor signal quality, roaming charges, or other local conditions, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting interruption or loss. Before using the App, please confirm that you have permission from the party responsible for the relevant network charges.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service, including maintaining device power, system integrity, and client version updates. Although we work to provide accurate routing information and current software, some data or service capabilities may rely on third-party partners. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we limit liability for indirect losses, interruptions, or force majeure events. The Service Provider also reserves the right to suspend or terminate part of the service when reasonably necessary.
