Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and LVCHA VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the “App”).

By downloading or using this app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement. Please review them carefully before use. You may not copy or modify the app or its related trademarks without authorization, nor may you extract source code through reverse engineering, translate application text, or create derivative works. All intellectual property rights in the app remain exclusively with the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees when appropriate and will clearly notify users where applicable. You are also responsible for keeping your device secure and your account credentials confidential. We strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting a device, because doing so may weaken system security and cause the app to malfunction or become exposed to malware.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the app depends on a stable network environment such as Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service is unavailable because of unpaid carrier bills, data caps, or poor signal quality, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting interruption. Outside Wi-Fi environments, your mobile carrier may charge for data usage. If you enable roaming outside your home country without an appropriate plan, any related charges remain your responsibility. Before using the app, please make sure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are fully responsible for how they use the app. For example, if service becomes unavailable because your device battery is depleted, that situation is outside our compensation scope. While we try to provide accurate global route information, some data comes from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from that reliance. To maintain compatibility and security, the app may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the app without prior notice. If that happens, your license to use the app ends and you must stop using and delete it.

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically, so please check this page for the latest version.
